At Gisa Studios, each piece is made to order with care and intention. To minimize waste and overproduction, we encourage thoughtful purchases. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out perfectly—here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
✦ Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty (e.g., defects, holes) or incorrect, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement.
What to do:
Email us within 14 days of receiving your order, including clear photos of the issue.
We’ll get back to you within 2 working days with return instructions.
Items must be in perfect condition with the original hang tag attached.
Once received, we’ll process your refund or replacement promptly.
✦ Size Exchanges
We get it—online sizing can be tricky. While we do not accept returns for sizing issues due to our pre-order model, we do offer exchanges for a different size, subject to material availability.
Please note:
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of size exchanges.

✦ Store Credit Option
If you change your mind, we offer store credit valid for 12 months instead of refunds. This allows you to select a different piece in the future without contributing to overproduction.

Double-check your shipping details—re-shipping costs for incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility.
